Can you guess how much is the fee for background check of a person on his qualification? It is anywhere between 3K-5K Rupees (quoted by an industry insider). This industry is booming because of Indians moving to many other countries and so their background checks are outsourced. I fear whether this increases the appetite of corrupted police because they are one of the major source in these checks.
